Level I — Awakening the Self

Step into the field of Cosmic Conscious Reiki and begin your journey of energetic awareness and self-healing.

This level establishes the foundation of your practice, opening your channel, strengthening your connection to energy, and activating your intuitive awareness.

In this level, you will:

• Receive your first Reiki attunement, opening your energetic channel
• Learn foundational Usui Reiki techniques, including self-healing and chakra work
• Begin working with energy protection and grounding practices
• Connect with Arcturian frequencies to activate your intuitive field
• Reawaken your sensitivity to energy, presence, and inner guidance
• Begin clearing outdated patterns and restoring balance within your system

In this level, you will:

• Learn to send Reiki across time and space through distance healing
• Work with sacred Usui symbols to amplify and direct energy
• Strengthen your intuitive abilities and energetic awareness
• Open the heart field through Pleiadian Rose Healing
• Explore emotional healing in a grounded and supported way
• Begin working more confidently with others

You are supported by Mother Mary, who holds the frequency of compassion, grace, and steady presence.

The Pleiadians bring a refined, heart-centered energy that expands your capacity to feel, trust, and work through the heart field.

In this level, you will:

• Receive the Usui and Arcturian Master symbols, expanding your access to higher frequencies
• Integrate advanced techniques including Sirian Blue Ray healing and crystalline activations
• Deepen your ability to read and work within the energetic field
• Strengthen your connection to higher dimensional guidance
• Anchor greater levels of self-mastery, alignment, and energetic sovereignty
